Usage

Use this quick-filter grind in a filter device or top-loading filter. The notch in the foil makes the package easy to open.

Preparation: Brewing: Tastes vary, but 7 grams of coffee per cup (1 scoop or 2 level tablespoons) is typical. A drip filter makes the tastiest "slow coffee." Wet the filter in the filter holder before pouring the coffee into it. Adding a dash of boiled (but not boiling) water allows the coffee to steep and fully develops the aromas.
After 15 seconds, slowly pour in the rest of the water and stir the coffee again.

The coffee tastes best for up to 2 weeks after opening if you store it in the sealed packaging.
