Coverage & Delivery Times

GoDutch has its inventory in Dubai and delivers to all UAE emirates (including remote areas outside the city limits). Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the location. If you live in Sharjah, Dubai, or Abu Dhabi and order before 4:00 PM, your order will usually be delivered the next day. Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer.

Processing & Cut-Off

Standard delivery is 1-3 days. Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be for next-day delivery.

Shipping Costs

The minimum order amount is AED 50. Delivery is free for orders over AED 300. Below this amount, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout for orders over AED 50.

Tracking & Delivery Communication

You will receive a track & trace link and delivery updates via WhatsApp and email as soon as your package has been shipped. If necessary, the delivery driver will contact you to coordinate the delivery.

Packaging & Conditions

Products are inspected, properly packaged, and shipped under the correct temperature conditions to ensure they arrive fresh and undamaged. From the factory to our facility in Dubai, products are transported and stored under temperature-controlled conditions. Fragile items (such as glass) receive extra protection, for example, with bubble wrap.

Delivery Attempts, Address & Undeliverables

Please ensure you provide the correct and complete address and that someone is present to receive the goods. For failed delivery attempts, a new delivery date or a collection point can be suggested. Any re-delivery costs will be charged. Packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a collection point will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, shipping costs will not be refunded.

What if something goes wrong?

Is your order damaged or incorrect? Please report this within 24 hours of receipt, including your order number and clear photos. We will always provide a suitable solution (replacement or refund according to our policy). In the event of loss during transport, we will contact the carrier and refund or replace the product according to our policy.
