These terms and conditions apply to all visits to and use of the GoDutch (NL Food L.L.C-FZ) website, as well as all orders placed through our website.

2. Payment Methods

We accept common payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital payment methods we support.

3. Exceptions

Services are not provided to countries included on OFAC sanctions lists.

4. Age Restrictions

Users under 18 are not permitted to register an account or conduct transactions on our website.

5. Transactions & Card User Obligations

Card users must keep copies of their transactions and adhere to the merchant's policies and rules.

6. User Account Confidentiality

Users are responsible for protecting their account information, including passwords. Any misuse or unauthorized use must be reported to us immediately.

7. Governing Law

All purchases, disputes, or claims arising out of or in connection with this website are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

8. Prices & Currency

The price and currency displayed on the checkout page are the same as those on the transaction receipt. The amount debited will be in the currency of the customer's card.

9. Accounts & Registration

You can create an account via the "Create an Account" page. After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email and can start ordering immediately.

10. Ordering

Orders can only be placed online. For changes or cancellations, please contact us by emailing support@godutch.ae. Changes are possible as long as the order has not yet been processed.

11. Payment for Orders

Payment can be made via credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Payment methods may be updated; any changes will be communicated via the website or by email.

12. Product Prices

Product prices may vary without notice. Prices of fresh produce may fluctuate daily.

13. Ownership & Risk

The risk of the products passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership remains with GoDutch until payment has been received in full.

15. Sale Items

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

16. Ingredients & Product Information

We rely on information from manufacturers. Ingredients and nutritional values may change. Always check the packaging for up-to-date information. Please report any inaccuracies so we can correct them.
