What if something goes wrong with my order?

Was your order damaged or delivered incorrectly? Please contact us within 24 hours. We'll provide a suitable solution right away, so you can quickly enjoy the products you want.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a message with the shipping information, so you know exactly when your package will arrive.

My discount code isn’t working. What can I do?

In some cases, a discount code may not be applied correctly, for example if it is valid for one-time use only.

If this happens, please contact us for assistance. In many cases, we can still apply the discount manually.

Yes, we work directly with trusted Dutch suppliers. This way, you're always guaranteed the authentic flavors and quality you expect from home.

How are the products packaged?

Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive fresh and undamaged, even in the UAE's sweltering temperatures. This takes place in our warehouse in Dubai.

How long does delivery take?
